SuperiorPRO hereby proposes to furnish labor and materials – complete in accordance with the above specifications.
On all window & door orders, a 50% deposit is required at time of signing of contract; balance due upon installation.
Note: Window and door are special order and cannot be cancelled or returned;
On resides, 1/3 of the total contract is required at time of signing, another 1/3 is due upon completion of siding installation, final 1/3 is due upon completion of job.
Payment of repairs more than $1,000.00 is due upon completion of the repairs; balance of job is due upon completion.
Payment is due upon completion by either Check, Credit Card or Enerbank Financing.

This quote is valid for a period of 60 days.
All work is to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alterations or deviation from above specifications will become an extra charge over and above the estimate.
Other items when applicable
There is no provision in our proposals stipulating that “Time is of the Essence” for performing any scope of work. Any discounts offered at final invoice for completed work that is concluded before or after any assumed or implied time of completion for work is at the sole discretion of SuperiorPRO.
For projects that include ANY Customer Supplied Materials, final payment for substantial completion may NOT be withheld by the customer for ANY delays or job stoppage as a result of materials that are incorrect or are not adequate to continue and or complete the job. Please consult your estimator and or project manager for further details.
The customer acknowledges that SuperiorPRO is allowed to remedy any damages to customer property incurred during the course of work performed. Any disputes as to the process or conditions of correcting any damages or performing repairs will be conducted within the statute guidelines of the Georgia Right to Repair Act (O.C.G.A. § 8-2-35, et. seq.)
